Дело в том, что и так всё запущено, всё работает.
А почему вы подумали, что службы не запущены? Какие-то признаки в логе на то указывают?

У меня был похожий прикол, когда службы были выключены.

Но если расматривать логи, появляются несколько вопросов:

3. ADOMD.NET установлен, согласно инструкции Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Installation Guide ?
