info class - startupPost metod

I put some code into startupMethod of the info class.
Everything works fine on 2-tier enviroment.
But when working in 3-tier, this code is not executed in some case (don;t know why).

Does anyone know what can cause this problem?

clear the client-side object cache (delete .aoc file)
DEL "%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\*.aoc"
