semanticax: How to unlock a Table in AX

Often we get this Error "Cannot able to modify a table since it has been locked by another user". we can see a lock symbol appearing on the table.
there is one way 2 unlock the tables by using the AOT itself ...
Go to AOT -> open systemdocumentation node ->
go to tables ->
select "UTILLOCKS" table
and then open the table browser and you can see the records having details of all the tables that are locked ,Select the table that you want to unlock then delete the record in the table.Restart AX and now you can see that the table has been unlocked.
