MICROSOFT Moscow Axapta and Navision Project Manager

Mission - Responsible for managing Dynamics Ax and Nav consulting projects.

The Project Manager is working with MCS Dynamics Consulting Senior Project Manager, Russia, MBS Russia team for managing implementation projects in key accounts, developing sales and implementation tools for Dynamics projects. Working with the Consultants and Engagement Managers to execute, monitor and measure the successful attainment of their specific goals and objectives. The PM is responsible for achieving personal and Dynamics Consulting practice goals.

Main responsibilities

§ PM plays a player/coach model in his/her business.
§ PM manages and delivers on the forecasts. Exceptions and forecasting business trends and the impact to the budget in a timely manner.
§ PM works with SMS&P and EPG teams (PAM, PEM and PTS) to close services opportunities; Actively participates in his/her most significant engagements throughout the region, adding value as player/coach.
§ PM is responsible for communications with all their direct reports and his/her Management. This individual is very effective communicating with all level of our Customers and partners
§ PM must have solid consulting and business skills to effectively run Dynamics projects.

Skills required
§ PM must have strong business, leadership, and consultative skills. Experience in these areas is a critical success factor. Good communications skills and the ability to solve problems are vital.
§ PM has a significant amount (minimum 5 years) of experience combining relevant work in high-technology, services selling, sales management, professional services, and consulting. PM must have understanding of markets, customers and related technology; have the background to provide effectiveness in consulting and sales management.
