I was so happy when I saw that AX 4.0 had VSS integration. However when I start working with it, I found out that it was a little bit limited. My biggest problem was that I was not able to label a release in AX. So I start some programming. With this add-on you are able to create labels in VSS from inside AX. The interface act like this. Create a Project in AX. Open the Project node. Be shore that all objects exist in VSS. Next click right mouse button on top of the Project. And select VSS Create Label. A runbase dialog appear. You can add the label and a command line. By pressing OK the Labeling in AX starts.
The way back is not completed yet. I have added a second class VSSLabelGet. This will read out all xpo that belong to that label. You have to import the xpo you’re self in AX.

This is the first Beta release any suggestion or change in the code is ok, Please post your idees in the Log and I will update the code.
