CRM Innovation, a Microsoft Dynamics CRM ISV is announcing that Data2CRM™ an import and migration manager previously available for CRM 4.0 now supports CRM 2011. It is ready for purchase and can be used with the current Beta release to import a company’s ‘real CRM data’ to enhance their evaluation and testing of CRM 2011.



Data2CRM is a cloud based application written in Microsoft Silverlight 4 that allows both technical and non-technical users to bring data into Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. The product supports all platform implementations of CRM 2011 and CRM 4.0.



The latest release of Data2CRM adds the following functionality:

· ODBC Connectivity: Import data from Excel, Access, and SQL via ODBC connections.

· Timed Imports: Using the built-in user interface wizard to create repeatable import events using Task Scheduler without writing any code – all point and click.

· Large Data Sets: Using the power of Silverlight 4 out-of-browser mode there is now no practical limitation on the size of the source data. Importing source files with hundreds of thousands of rows is now possible.

· Behind-the-Firewall: CRM OnPremise implementations that aren’t configured for IFD mode or otherwise available outside the corporate firewall can use the product by installing the hosted application code on their local Windows Server using the BTF option.



These new features build on the core features and mantra of the product – No failed data import messages and reducing the frustration of the import and migration process. The built-in preview and pre-flight functionality assure success on the first pass.



Data2CRM also support insert/updates, many-to-many, notes, attachments, and party list relationships.
